Thank you for your feedback regarding appointments. We have reviewed our system and changing the appointments available from 26.3.18. We will be offering more on the day appointments, more internet booking appointments, pre-bookable upto a month in advance and 3 days in advance. These will be released daily from 8.30am (including at weekends for weekday appointments). Please use patient access to book your appointment. Please note if you already have an appointment booked with another clinician, you will not be able to book a second appointment at the same time. Please call reception if you feel you require a second appointment.
There is still a national shortage of the pneumococcal vaccination. We will keep you updated once we have any more information. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
The practice has been monitoring the number of patients who fail to attend surgery for their appointment.
In August there were 131 DNAs.
We understand that circumstances change and you may not be able to make it to your appointment but please let us know in as much time as possible so that we can offer your appointment to another patient.

Calls should be made to 111 (free call) and your call will be diverted to our Out of Hours Service (provided by Primecare) where a fully trained healthcare worker will give you advice, refer you to a Doctor and/or organise a home visit. This service will be used only overnight and at weekends and for public holidays. The CCG commissions this service for it’s patients.
Open every day between 08:00-20:00. No appointment necessary. For urgent care needs.
