Friends and Family Results

After your appointments you will be given the opportunity to complete the nationwide Friends and Family survey.

Please take this opportunity as your feedback is very important and helps us improve our service. In the past patients have used the Friends and Family survey to tell us that they struggle to get through on the phone. We have taken this on board and decided to purchase a new telephone system for the surgery. This was installed on the 20th of September 2017.

The survey asks the question:

“How likely are you to recommend our practice to friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment?”

In January the results for Wake Green Surgery were:

37.9% Extremely Likely – 35.4% Likely – 9.58% Neither Likely nor Unlikely – 8.33% Unlikely 7.92% –  Extremely Unlikely – 0.83% Don’t Know
